Aldo Salvador spent 35 years with Rhône-Poulenc, an industry leading chemical and pharmaceutical company. Salvador was president for the Greater China region, based in Beijing. He ACAo served as the Chairman of the China chapter of The French Chamber of Commerce for 5 years. Salvador currently lives in Paris, serving as a Partner in X-PM, a management consulting firm. He ACAo advises the French Foreign Trade Ministry on Chinese Affairs. Salvador possesses an engineer and has a PhD in Business Administration.

Jean-Michel Piveteau started his banking career with Bank of America before being hired by Paribas in 1973. Over the past 25 years, Piveteau has worked and lived in Paris, London, the Persian Gulf and in Asia (Taiwan, India, Thailand and China). He is the Asia Director of the X-PM Representative Office located in Beijing. Piveteau is ACAo an advisor to the French Foreign Trade Ministry on Chinese Affairs. Jean-Michel has a BA in Law and a PhD in Business Administration.

Annie Bao has been involved since 1997 in professional executive search assignments for senior level positions in China and the Asia-Pacific region. She has also undertaken assignments on job evaluation, industry salary level and salary compensation studies. Annie obtained her MBA degree at the Southern Cross University, Australia. Her extensive knowledge on how China works combined with her language skills (fluent in English, Mandarin and Shanghai dialect) makes her an invaluable counselor to any company wishing to develop its Asia Pacific business.

Vinay is a seasoned professional with years of recruiting experience. Vinay is currently helping expand its presence in the United States market. Vinay entered the recruiting industry by co-founding a company focused on connecting companies and entry-level candidates. He began his work with in 2012 with a local office in Raleigh, North Carolina. Vinay holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
